You might have noticed that till now YouTube didn’t support videos more than 30 fps. If you upload any video greater than this frame rate then frame rate was capped to 30 fps. So if you wanted to upload a game play of 60 fps it was not possible to upload in the original quality.
But now YouTube has added support to upload videos of up to 60 fps. So if you have any latest smartphone that records 1080p@60fps videos then you can upload the videos directly without any loss of quality. Or if you are a game play up-loader like PewDiePie and you want to upload your game play videos in 60 fps then you are good to go now. Your frame rates will not be capped and you’ll be able to upload the original video and viewers will enjoy the video in 60 fps.
60 fps is only available at 720p or above quality videos for now. YouTube might add support for other qualities later. You can go to the source link below now to enjoy the 60 fps videos. But do not forget to switch to HD to enjoy the videos properly.
