The wait is finally over, our friends at Wccftech has confirmed that Nvidia is planning to launch Nvidia RTX Super GPUs this summer probably this June. Nvidia is getting serious about giving tough competition to AMD’s newly launched Navi graphics card with a huge Turing refresh. Nvidia is preparing to launch SUPER variants of current RTX series graphics cards named as RTX SUPER GPUs.
Though it is not confirmed Nvidia will even call them SUPER cards or comes up with the totally new name. It is expected that whole RTX lineup is getting a refresh and a new flagship card named as RTX 2080 Ti SUPER which will be based on a brand new chip.

As you can see from the table above, except RTX 2080 Ti SUPER card all the other variants are going to replace current RTX lineup and may cost almost same or slightly more. This good news as well as bad news for the consumers. Those who were looking to buy RTX GPUs but were unable to justify the cost can now easily opt for the SUPER lineup because at the same price point these are the absolute beasts.
On the other hand, those consumers or gamers who have recently bought new RTX graphics card or even GTX card may be in loss. As this new lineup will definitely affect the prices of current graphics. We may see a huge price drop from Nvidia on current RTX series and even GTX series as well. Because once again both AMD and Nvidia are now at price wars.
