Leaked Assassins Creed Origins PS4 Gameplay Footage Surfaces

Assassins Creed Odyssey

To add to an already leaky day, Leaked Assassins Creed Origins PS4 Gameplay Footage has just come to light!

It was only a few moments ago that news spread about copies of Assassins Creed Origins appearing for sale in the wild, but now we have a few brief clips of Leaked Assassins Creed Origins PS4 Gameplay footage.

According to the uploader, these were recorded on a standard PS4, and not the PS4 Pro. Considering there are plans for the Xbox One X and the PS4 Pro version of the game to run it at 4K / 30FPS, I am curious to know who will win this battle, as it was clear who the victor was in the battle for Middle Earth in the 4K wars.

Assassin’s Creed Origins Leaked Gameplay Footage:

We see different gameplay clips uploaded on streamable, but there have been reports of Twitch streamers playing the game early. This is the first look at the unofficial PS4 footage, which now only leaves the PC version to make an appearance for leaking.

When we come to the PC version, it is curious considering how Ubisoft has shown through the system requirements that the PC Version will run on the same specs as 2015’s Assassins Creed Syndicate, how accurate this claim holds will have to be put to the test until the release date.

The clips show us the protagonist of the game, Bayek surveying the massive and beautiful landscape of Egypt. We see day and night footage of Bayek roaming the desert while riding a camel and the transition between land and air with the help of a birds-eye view of the world below with the help of Senu.

Assassin’s Creed Origins Desert Sand:

While the clips are relatively short and low quality, it is good to see that there is a good amount of performance, the game appears to perform at a stable 30 FPS, but we can’t assess the resolution nor the stability of the framerates until we see some chaos unraveling on the screen.

While we can definitely count on the PS4 Pro version to deliver superior performance and graphics, the current version of the game does look ravishing at its current state.

The massive open world appeal of a desert setting definitely leaves room for imagination for players who will control Bayek, and the addition of RPG like elements to the game will definitely ensure that there is never a dull moment for the players to explore and find new gear and weapons.

Despite the current leaks taking place for the game, I am waiting for my digital pre-order to unlock. Let us know in the comments section if you’re just as excited!
