Download iOS 7.1.1 to manually update you iDevice. Ahead of iOS 8 release at WMDC, Apple has started rolling out another update, this time for iOS 7.1. The update iOS 7.1.1 was first leaked five days back as it started appearing in web analytic tools. WWDC is about come and most probably Apple will release iOS 8 with new iPhone 6. But still Apple is making current iOS 7.1 more better. Apple is working hard on fixing bugs in new iOS.
As expected, iOS 7.1.1 is a small update containing some bug fixes and improvements. Here is the official change log of the update:

Fixes a bug that could impact keyboard responsiveness
Fixes an issue when using Bluetooth keyboards with VoiceOver enabled
