A polish retailer accidentally listed the details for the Acer Predator Helios 500. They have removed the content now but we still got specs and prices. The predator 500 could be the first gaming laptop that is fitted with the latest Intel Core i9 8950H processor. However, an i7 8750H version will also be available, as reported by the leak. Speaking of design, from the pictures, the Acer Predator Helios 500 looks heavy. The design hasn’t changed much from the previous predator 300. The laptop offers a 17.3 inches display with a backlit keyboard.
This latest installment in Acer’s gaming laptop series comes with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a basic storage capacity of 256GB. The best thing about those 256GB is that it is an NVMe SSD storage. Both available models have a 144Hz Full HD display, and unlike the 300 which had a GTX 1060, Acer Predator Helios 500 contains a GTX 1070 graphics card. Those are quite some upgrades from previous models.

There will be two versions of the Predator 500 available in the market. And price for both of them was leaked in the polish retailer listing. Acer’s core i9 version of the Predator 500 will cost around 2850 Euros or 3506 US Dollars whereas the price for i7 version will be 2130 Euros or 2620 US Dollars.
