Xbox’s Game Pass Program is an initiative introduced with the Xbox One. It is not to be confused for Games with Gold which is similar to the PS+ monthly games. By paying a modest fee annually or monthly, you get access to multiple indie and AAA titles from various publishers and Microsoft partners. Xbox Game Pass May 2019 Games Are Looking Great
Microsoft just published the blog post which outlines games that are coming for the program for the month of May 2019.
The most notable games here are For The King, Surviving Mars, and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. The Surge was also a PS+ game for April 2019, and while it is a good attempt at trying to take a futuristic stab at the Dark Souls genre.
These are the dates when each game will drop on Game Pass:
- Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (May 2)
- Wargroove (May 2)
- Tacoma (May 9)
- Surviving Mars (May 9)
- Black Desert (May 9)
- For the King (May 10)
- LEGO Batman 3 (May 16)
- The Surge (May 16)
Unlike Games with Gold, these games will steadily roll out throughout the month of May 2019, so it will mean that you can download each game as it goes live if you are currently subscribed.

Xbox Game Pass is definitely one of the better programs introduced with this generation of consoles, while Microsoft and Nintendo have stuck to their guns with their own online subscription and free games through them. Microsoft is indeed making a serious effort for giving more content to gamers.
