Warner Bros. unveiled the title of new Flash movie at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, the title of the Flash solo movie is named as Flashpoint. After the revelation of the name fans are starting to get excited about the release and story of the movie.
The studio officially launched there DC Extended Universe with the release of the film Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of justice, followed by Suicide Squad and after that Wonder Woman which was released earlier this year. DCEU is planning to launch there 4th movie this fall with the release of Justice League starring all the big names Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg. The next movie on the lists are Aquaman in 2018 and Shazam in 2019 after that they have not revealed any movie name yet.
The Flash was originally supposed to be released in March 2018 but due to some production setbacks last year they lost there director Seth Grahame Smith and his replacement Rick Famuyiwa also left after a few months, both left due to creative difference and not agreeing with the story line of the movie. DC is now eyeing to hire Robert Zemeckis director of Forrest Gump or Matthew Vaughn director of Kingsman and Snatch. The new date for the release of the movie has not been disclosed yet.
Flashpoint Paradox:
The movie Flashpoint is associated with 2011 Flash comic series which was written by DC Entertainment President and Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns and illustrated by Andy Kubert. It starred Barry Allen as Flash, who traveled in past to prevent his mother from getting killed and in doing so he alters the timeline of DC Universe which also changes many key Heroes as well as Villains of DC. Warner Bros. refrained from revealing anymore details about the movie’s plot.
The movie stares Ezra Miller as Flash, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Billy Crudup as Barry Allen’s father Henry Allen and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.
