If you have associated a credit card with Twitter’s new Buy button, Twitter Offers will associate the coupon with the card. It means you can avail your coupon through debit and credit cards.

Twitter Offers will be presented as ‘Promoted Tweets’. Advertisers can attach redemptions to their campaigns, even if redemption is offline. Twitter Offers will not need any sort alternation in your existing payment solution as it will be supported by all such solutions available.
As per security, Twitter itself will encrypt and save your payment information for the next use. The client apps will be updated soon once the feature goes ‘public’. You may not see this feature in Twitter’s iOS app as per API limitations imposed by Apple.
