We covered how the games files suggested adding new variants to the classic skins with Raven, Red Knight and Cupid to get these revisions. Towards the end it was also speculated that we could see the same treatment for the Merry Marauder due to a sign of it in a loading screen toward the end of the Season 7 Battle Pass. The Toasted Merry Marauder Skin is now rolling for owners of the Merry Marauder skin along with a free Gingerbread backbling.
Toasted Merry Marauder Skin & Ginger Gunner Skin Rolling Out As of Patch 7.10
The toasted Merry Marauder Skin is now rolling out as the servers came to life from the rollout of Patch 7.10. The Merry Marauder now has a toasted variant to reflect the Christmas look and feel of the skin.
As long as you own the skin, you will see the notification of getting the new variants when you log back into the game.

You can see all the variants for Merry Marauder & Ginger Gunner in the above pic. The most notable change is the facial expression with the rest of the body given a burnt or toasty look. This is the first time that Fortnite has applied a variant to an existing skin, and its expected that they will do this for the Red Knight, Raven and the Cupid skins in the coming days or the future updates.
