While the PSVita has not had its time in the spotlight for a while it seems that the hacking and homebrew community have kept the dwindling console some life through the series of hacks they have released for older versions of the PSVita OS. While the PSVita 3.69 Hack has been one hot pick for users of the now forgotten Sony console. There has been an update from an active scene hacker, TheFlow who has stated that a PSVita 3.69 Hack will come. You will need to wait for 2019
PSVita 3.69 Hack Incoming – Sometime in 2019
While it has been a while since Sony released any game for the PSVita, the console continues to get free games through the PS+ program which Sony gives out free games for all its current platforms. While the PS3 will no longer receive PS+ games as of March 2019, it seems that Sony plans on continuing to support the PSVita even though the games for it are less than what fans are hoping for.
To the PS Vita community: you'll get a new hack for firmware 3.69 in 2019.

3.69 was the last firmware released for the console in late last year, and it proved to be a rather tricky firmware to hack. It seems that prominent hacker for PSVita, TheFlow, has promised a new hack that will work a lot better with version 3.69.
Currently, 3.68 and 67 work perfectly with the system, there is little reason to upgrade to 3.69 as the firmware really offers no significant benefit or gain from the move. Even games that would need 3.69 can be run on older firmware thanks to compatibility packs.
For now, TheFlow has not specified a release date for the firmware, but until then you can still use the older firmware hacks to keep yourself gaming on the PSVita.
