GUTS is an “ultra-violent Tarantino-style fighting game” currently available for PC, developed Flux Game Studios and published by Libredia Entertainment. Now GUTS for PS4 and Xbox One has been announced, check out the details below.

GUTS is a hilarious ultra-violent Tarantino-style over-the-top game where players must dismember each other by chopping off arms and legs. Lost a limb or two? Worry not, the fight continues even when there are just two little stumps, and it keeps going until one fighter emerges victorious after dismembering all the opponent’s four limbs! GUTS brings many innovations - concerning the other fighting games currently in the market. The main difference is that GUTS doesn’t have a Health Bar. Fighters must rip off their foes’ arms and legs and deliver a final dismembering blow to win. So it’s useless to keep kicking and punching your way around: you must dismember to win.
The game features over the top violence with limb dismemberment and some gut-wrenching hardcore finishes. The concept lies in not depleting the health of the opponent but to literally rip off their limbs to win.
GUTS came out on PC last year and is now headed to PS4 and Xbox One and includes an update that recently came out on PC as well
- Full rework of the move system, with re-balancing and streamlined controller input.
- After losing a limb, the remaining body parts now allow for more powerful combos and moves, giving the player a chance for a big comeback.
- All GUTS moves have been optimized and can be executed quickly and more fluidly, also every character now features two GUTS moves.
- Players can now specifically select the limbs to target with their GUTS moves.
- New blocking system; the blocks are easier to pull off and now feature an energy bar, that, if depleted, can lead to dizziness of the character.
- New lighting, many new graphics effects, higher frame rates and a more streamlined gameplay experience with optimized integration of bullet time lead to a more fluid gaming experience.
