Tac Pro Officially Licensed Keyboard and Mouse for Xbox One brings the best of both worlds!
For years, a great debate has carried on. PC Players who claim console gaming limits one ability on FPS games due to stiff controllers in competition to PC’s Keyboard and mouse. But that gap has now been closed thanks to the Tac Pro Officially Licensed Keyboard and Mouse for Xbox One!
The debate is now over, but it will come at a hefty price!
While console gamers have always persevered through so many generations of consoles and still manage to have fun on FPS with said controllers with Call of Duty having console e-sports tournaments played using controllers. There really is a world of difference when it comes down to FPS games and their capability in the war of keyboard/mouse versus the controller.
Microsoft Recommended Keyboard and Mouse for Xbox One:
Microsoft has recognized a potential opportunity here to entice hardcore gamers to buy something that can give them a definitive edge above most other players in the realm of console gaming, particularly FPS gamers. This is where the HORI Tactical Assault Commander Pro One comes in for Xbox One players.
Is it truly a threat?
This is where we introduce the HORI Tactical Assault Commander Pro One for Xbox One & Windows PCs, a gaming peripheral that is officially licensed by Microsoft.
While this is something to shrug off if you’re a PC gamer, any Xbox One Gamer is definitely going to be drooling to have the ability to play FPS games on the Xbox One such as Destiny 2, Call of Duty: WW2, and other popular FPS’s with the comfort of a keyboard/mouse and gaining significant advantage over their competition.
Priced at $149.99 and available for pre-order on Amazon, the accessory will be released on October 30th, 2017. Just in time for the launch of Call of Duty: WW2.
HORI Tactical Assault Commander Pro One For Xbox One X:
This is what the killer combination looks like from the Amazon page listing:
You can see that the future of console gaming is indeed at our doorstep, but only for those with deep pockets.
It is worth mentioning that Tac Pro also revealed a similar setup for the PS4 back in 2015, for $129.99. The Hori’s Tactical Assault Commander 4, which boasted the same features but for PS4 and was an officially Sony Licensed product as well.
Albeit the console market is saturated with unofficial third-party kits that offer the same or similar features on PS4 and Xbox One at cheaper prices, a first-party accessory offers the best support and is guaranteed to offer maximum value for those dedicated console FPS players willing to pay for it.
While this is honestly nothing to worry about, as the player base for this will be significantly minuscule at best, your probability of encountering a player using this accessory should be incredibly low and even if you, queuing for matchmaking again should put you in a new lobby with players who are on controllers.
The console accessory couldn’t have chosen a better time to release as November 3rd, 2017 sees the official release of Call of Duty: WW2 which is always a well populated FPS playing ground for the console market, so if you are one for digital dominance in the console FPS realm, this is one accessory you should consider putting on your shopping list!
