Isabelle from Animal Crossing has been revealed as a new character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and there’s more to this reveal than you think, it appears that these character confirmations are confirming certain leaks, read about it below.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Leaked Characters
Isabelle from Animal Crossing may have been a surprise for many people, but it’s actually been leaked quite a while ago, that she including others will part of the full roster of the highly anticipated game.
DasVergeben is a leaker known for leaking fighting game rosters like Soul Calibur, Street Fighter and more.
He’s been right about these leaks most of the time, and he predicted the following characters to be revealed in Smash, and they were
- Ice Climbers
- Ridley
- Simon
- Isabelle
His other claims that are unconfirmed so far are
- Minecraft will be represented in some form.
- A Pokémon from Generation VII that is not Decidueye, Lycanroc, or Mimikyu will be playable.
- Ken will be playable as an Echo Fighter of Ryu.
- A newcomer owned by Square Enix will appear.3
- Noctis, Phoenix Wright, and Tails would also be playable.
Now, this is all meant to be taken with a grain of salt, since none of what he claims is definitely going to happen, there’s a good chance he just might be wrong, but from his claims, history with smash leaks and the recent reveal of Isabelle, it’s certainly enough that his leaks hold some merit over other’s and he’s been right quite a few times, so it’s possible that we’ll be seeing his other claims come true as well.
