Sunset Overdrive is an action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Microsoft Studios. The game originally came out on the Xbox One way back in 2014, however, due to its enormous success on Xbox, the game was released on PC in November of 2018. The PC port has been doing well for the most part but as with any PC release the game had had its share of bugs and other issues. Fortunately, Sunset Overdrive Second PC Patch is here and fixes some of the issues that players were experiencing.
Sunset Overdrive Second PC Patch Now Available For Download
PC players were reporting some problems with the game after the first patch rolled out some time ago. The problems mainly pertained to leaderboards issues, fog options not taking effect and the risk of losing your active save file during the game.
However, if you have been hoping for graphical settings changes/improvements in the new update then you are out of luck as the new update only focus on non-graphical issues such as those mentioned above. Still, to the developer’s credit, they are making progress and making sure that they fix the core issues routinely.
The update will be automatically downloaded the next time you login into steam and if not on “auto-update” you will have to look up the game in your library and manually choose to update the game.
