Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Leaked By Classification Board

A curious listing appeared on the Australian Classification Board which may have confirmed that there are plans for bringing back the 2012 smash hit ‘Sniper Elite V2’. The game is currently known as Sniper Elite V2 Remastered – which we can only assume is the revamped version of the game with improved graphics and includes all of the DLC content in one neat package.

Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Leaked – Same Game, New Polish

2012’s Sniper Elite V2 was a great hit among fans of the game. It takes place in World War 2 and play the role of a sniper during the war. The game has a bullet-time mechanic similar to the Max Payne series – but you could see your bullet rip through the internals of your target for added gore. This allowed people to get creative with their shots and make everything from eyeballs to genitalia explode.

The post-release content gave a lot of more stuff for fans to enjoy which also included a mission to kill Adolf Hitler. Perhaps the purpose of the remastered version will allow users to experience the game with new graphics brought to the current generation consoles with all the offerings of its DLC.

The game is being developed by Rebellion studios and published by 505 Games. While we are still waiting for an official announcement on the game to come, a rating has rarely ever been misleading. Sunset Overdrive is the most recent example of this and disproved all the skepticism of it ever seeing the light of day on the PC.
