Samsung launches Milk Music streaming service, works on Galaxy series

So finally, Samsung launches its new music streaming app after MWC 2014. The service named Milk Music was not in discussion since long. Three weeks back, we heard that Samsung was planning to launch a new music streaming service at MWC. But this does not happen. At MWC 2014, Galaxy S5 emerged as the major product from Samsung.

Now going in discussion about Milk Music app, the app certainly have a large built competitors. Pandora, Spotify, Saavn etc. are really popular music apps. Stepping in this highly competitive market, let’s see what Samsung has to offer in this service.

Currently, the app includes over 200 stations and 13 million songs as told by one of the maker of the service. The playlists are not the actual ones instead borrowed from Slacker. Like all music apps, the app also offers the options like customizing the playlists and fine-tuning etc.

An exclusive music preview feature is also there. The feature named Spotlight enables you to be among the first listeners of a particular singer. Other features include the call back of previous tracks. Moreover, Milk Music service has a list of previous 500 tracks.

The app is ad-free and FREE of cost. You can download the app from Google Play Store. The app only works on Galaxy series.
