Whether accidental or intentional, an Assassins Creed Rogue HD PS4 and Xbox One Store Listing has just been spotted on several Italian retailers websites, so if you missed the chance before then you can catch up on this game.
Assasins Creed Rogue is a rare gem in the series timeline, it was among the last Assassins Creed games to grace the PS3 and Xbox 360 at a time when the PS4 and Xbox One were taking off. It was disappointing that both Assassins Creed Unity and Rogue launched on different on the same days, but the stories would be so different.
If you aren’t familiar, Assassins Creed: Rogue is a unique game in the series because it puts us in the shoes of Shay Patrick Cormac, a new member of the Assassin who shows us that even the good guys have their flaws, as he uncovers a devious plot unraveling in the brotherhood of Assassins and he must band together with the Templars to put them to a stop.
This was the first game in the series to put us in the boots of a Templar eye-view of things, and gave us a whole new perspective on the fued between the two sides of the story, the way no other game in the series was able to do prior.
While Xbox One and PS4 players were trying to enjoy a bug riddled launch of Assassins Creed Unity, PS3 and Xbox 360 players were enjoying the plot of Assassins Creed Rogue, as a final goodbye to the console generation.
Several online sites have put up storelistings for the game, and you can find them below with screenshots:
You can see that the retailers have priced this at an average of 30 Euro and have stated the release date for March 15th and 18th 2018, so we can assume that if the rumor is true, the game will release in Mid of March 2018.
February already is a good month for Ubisoft with the release of Far Cry 5, Assassins Creed Rogue HD would be a nice icing on the cake.
