Octopath Traveler is a turn-based role-playing video game developed by Square Enix, in collaboration with Acquire, and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. Now it seems that Octopath Traveler for PC might be happening, as a rating shows up.
Octopath Traveler for PC Rated
If you head over to the Korean board website, you’ll see that at the following link, Octopath Traveler, has been rated for PC. Check the screenshot for it below, in case it gets removed
Bandai Namco has been listed as the publisher for the game, and that has been the trend for Square Enix games that have previously released in Korea. If you’re unfamiliar with the game, here’s a trailer and a description for the game
Eight travelers. Eight adventures. Eight roles to play in a new world brought to life by Square Enix. And now, you can enjoy all of them in the new demo. Step into the shoes and live the stories of each of the eight travelers and freely explore the world of Orsterra. Then, carry your choices and adventure into the main game with save data transfer.
For now, take this listing with a grain of salt but from the record, most games that have been rated on the Korean Board have eventually been announced. If you have been following us for a while, you’ll know that these listings usually have some merit.
Neither Square Enix or Namco Bandai have however announced anything about the PC version yet, but it shouldn’t be off the tables as the game isn’t developed by a first party Nintendo Studio.
