Nintendo Direct is just around the corner, a few days ago it was announced by Nintendo that Nintendo Direct will be held on 6th Sept 2018. Nintendo Direct is always a sought after event by the gaming community as new titles and hardware is expected to be announced at these events. Nintendo Direct September 2018 is just around the corner and we expect that some very exciting new titles will be revealed in addition to some other info.
Coming to the topic of today’s article, it has come to our attention that a select few Nintendo Switch titles may support Cloud Saves but not all. Our attention was brought to this by a rumor that is being circulated online. The rumor arose when a picture of the Japanese game ” Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden” box read , “Compatible with Save Data Cloud Backup of Nintendo Switch Online”. This gave reason for people to believe that if such a statement was needed to be specified then perhaps the cloud save feature is not a feature of Nintendo Switch but dependent upon the game in question.
We must however mention that this is speculation for now as no official response has been received by Nintendo itself as of yet. We hope that more will be said in the upcoming Nintendo Direct.
Nintendo Direct September 2018
A Nintendo Direct will stream on Thursday, Sept. 6, at 6 p.m. ET. As per the event’s landing page, Nintendo will show off games for both 3DS and Switch during the latest presentation.
According to Nintendo, the stream will run for about 35 minutes meaning that there will be a lot of stuff to talk about which could possibly include Nintendo Switch online services such as cloud save and other online services. Recently in the previous month, a data miner leaked some images related to Nintendo Switch Online which makes us safe to say that there is a strong chance that Nintendo will present content related to Nintendo Switch Online.
