Oh, this is interesting. Here's a video game scoop for you; Naughty Dog (developers of the Uncharted series and The Last of Us) are working on a new secret project which they are currently casting for in LA.

From the Tweets, it seems like Naughty Dog have been looking for a cast for their new game. They will not be making a movie or serial TV show. The main character or one of the main at the least, however, is an African/American 40’s to 60’s.
The lead of the game (or at least one of the leads) they are casting for is "A Black/African American male. 40's to 60's, short to medium length hair with a body type similar to those in the reference images below. Strong but not chiseled."

He should have short to medium length hair with a body type similar to those in the reference images below. Strong but not well defined like have a body like of a bodybuilder.
Speculation
This is one of the main characters whose requirements have been mentioned as we have absolutely zero ideas what kind of game they will be making. It will be cool to see a superhero video game out of them in open worlds like from the Uncharted series. there. Or it could be another survival game like TLOU. It’s so hard to predict what kind of game they are coming up with but one thing that is for sure is that it will be a blaster or that’s what I hope.
It is another possibility to consider that they could be developing a Marvel game? Since Spiderman was a commercial hit it would not be surprising. Another thing to consider here before getting on the hype-train is The Last of Us 2 has yet to be released but I doubt it if this is a part of the TLOU 2. We will have to wait for the official Naughty Dog statement on this one.
