Made in Abyss is the manga series by Akihito Tsukushi and the series is one of a kind. It is a gem, a precious gem you will rarely find these days. The manga has been adapted into an anime series which aired from July 2017 to September 2017. According to the brochure, which handed down to fans after the premiere of 1st recap movie, Made in Abyss anime sequel will be a movie and will be dubbed as Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul

Like it or not it is happening as the next sequel to our favorite show is going to be nothing else but a movie. For those of you who do not what this anime is about here is the basic story overview according to MAL:
The enormous cave system, known as the Abyss, is the only unexplored place in the world. Nobody knows how far down this titanic pit goes, inhabited by strange and wondrous creatures and full of mysterious ancient relics whose purpose is unknown to modern man. Generations of bold adventurers have been drawn by the cryptic depths of the Abyss. Over the course of time those bold enough to explore the dangerous pit came to be known as “Cave Raiders.”
In Orth, the town at the edge of the Abyss, there lives a little orphan named Riko, who dreams of becoming as great a cave raider as her mother was and solving the great mystery of the pit. One day exploring the murky depths she stumbles upon a little boy, who turns out to be a robot…
Despite having a straightforward plot, this anime is not like your average action adventure anime. This anime is dark with gore, nudity and very uncomfortable situations where two kids start their journey in an obscure, dangerous abyss with terrifying creatures in it.

After airing two seasons, Kinema Citrus released two summary movies (one of which is aired and the other one will air on 18th January) which covered everything in season. Now fans have been waiting for any news on the sequel of this show. After the screening of the first recap movie fans have been handed out pamphlets in Japan which has this picture in it

Note how the titles of all 3 movies use daybreak imagery:
メイドインアビス 旅立ちの夜明け (The Dawn of the Journey)
メイドインアビス 放浪する黄昏 (The Twilight That Wanders)
メイドインアビス 深き魂の黎明 (The Dawn of the Deep Soul) but it uses a different kanji for dawn, notably the kanji used in Bondrewd’s White Whistle Delver title (Lord of the Dawn): 黎明卿.
