A few weeks ago a gif about office men dressed in suits glued to rotating chairs shooting each other and moving around with the recoil of their guns was shared and it blew up, most commenters showed interested in the concept and immediately wanted to see more content. Now, Last Man Sitting has a full-fledged trailer showing absolute mayhem supported by a metal track where “Last Man Sitting” is chanted.
The game’s description based on their twitter page is “Last Man Sitting! Your ass is mounted on a chair and the only way to move is the recoil of your Shotgun! A Game by @Der_Kevin”

Last Man Sitting Game Modes: Classic Death Match and Battle Royale
The game features two game modes (the one’s announced so far), the classic death match, where two teams will shoot each other to death attached to office chairs, and the other being Battle Royale which has gained huge popularity thanks to the highly successful battle royale third person survival shooter PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and similar titles like Fortnite and H1Z1. It would be interesting to see how the gameplay is executed considering the space of the office area itself being tightly packed, it’s safe to assume that it won’t have many players per round and each round wouldn’t be fairly lengthy.
More content shared by the developer shows that are multiple areas and different chairs players can choose from, according to their location.
Happy Christmas and Merry Holidays from The Last Man Sitting! I Hope your salary raises will be declined again, No one notice that you secretly steal all the pens, and the warning letter about using the fire extinguisher for fun will be forgotten one day!
Happy 2016!#gamedev pic.twitter.com/A2FwVz6PbJ— KevKev (@Der_Kevin) December 25, 2017
Fans of the critically hit game Superhot and its VR version definitely should be following this, since it shows a very similar gameplay in terms of introducing a new concept. No release date has been announced for Last Man Sitting.
