We saw Evasi0n7 tool updating to the version 1.0.2 during the last days of Dec 2013. The update brings the fix to boot loop issue on iPad 2 Wi-Fi. Before that, Evasi0n7 was also updated to remove Chinese TaiG package. However the first update was basically regarding iPhone jailbreak. Still after these two updates and many other fixes, there are issues left behind. The top of them is the issue of boot loop on iPad Mini 2 Retina.
The Evad3rs team has been questioned regarding this boot loop issue at twitter. Considering the issue, pod2g of Evad3rs team has given some solution in the form of tweets:

On the basis of these tweets, here are the steps you need to follow to solve the boot loop issue on iPad Mini 2 Retina:
- First of all, restore your iPad Mini 2 Retina
- Now, set a passcode on the device
- You will be, then, asked to unlock the device, open the Evasi0n7 tool. Now wait for 30 seconds before unlocking.
If this method does not work, you can repeat the whole procedure without a SIM.
It seems that some users are still unable to solve the issue following this guide. For such users, they just need to wait for the next update to Evasi0n tool i.e. version 1.0.3. The next update will definitely bring the solution to boot loop issue on iPad Mini 2 Retina.
