Huawei has recently been on a roll. They have been releasing cutting edge Android flagship phones for a while now. Today, at Honor Magic 2 Live Launch Event in China, Huawei announced its latest smartphone from its Honor line of phones. The Huawei Honor Magic 2 has been a long time coming and it’s finally here. Among the phone’s most prominent features are the 6 cameras, three in the front and three on the back, the latest Kirin 980 CPU and 8 GB of RAM. Let us see what the Huawei Honor Magic 2 has to offer.

The Huawei Honor Magic 2 comes with a lot of exciting features. I am especially intrigued by the sliding front camera mechanism. The Huawei Honor Magic 2 is in all screen smartphone. Yes, there isn’t even a notch to house the sensors or the cameras. It is all screen and so because of this Huawei has come up with a sliding mechanism which reveals the three camera sensors when you need to take a shot.

In-Display Finger Print Sensor and 6 Cameras
The in-display fingerprint sensor is a relatively new technology and its slowly becoming the next big thing in smartphones. Recently, OnePlus also featured an in-display fingerprint sensor on their latest smartphone, the OnePlus 6T. Chinese companies have been doing this for some time now. However, now we are beginning to see more and more smartphones with in-display FP sensors and the new Honor Magic 2 is no exception.
Moreover, the smartphone has not 2 or 4 but 6 camera sensors. That is right, 3 primary cameras and 3 selfie cameras. The amount of cameras sure is very ambitious but we will have to wait for reviews in order to determine whether they are better than conventional smartphone cameras.

The phone will come in three colors at launch, Pink, blue and Silver.
Huawei Honor Magic 2 Price and Availability
The Huawei Magic 2’s official pricing is yet unknown but experts have speculated that the smartphone will cost anywhere between $700- $900 which is £550-£700.
