The Surge 2 is an action role-playing game developed by Deck13 Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive. The game has been reviewing much better than the original game. If you want to use custom The Surge 2 Dynamic Resolution Mode Values on PC, here’s how you can do it.
The Surge 2 offers a variety of PC settings and allows users to tweak those even further through the configuration files.
Custom The Surge 2 Dynamic Resolution Mode Values
The Surge 2 features Dynamic Resolution Mode, that allows users to achieve a stable framerate by adjusting the internal resolution dynamically. This is however limited to the values between 50% and up to 200%.
- Head over the following location
USER/Documents/The Surge 2/settings.ini
- Now, open Settings.ini
- Search for internal_renderbuffer_scale and set the value to anything in decimals, such as 0.100 for 10%, or 5.000 for 500%.
- If you can’t find the option, just add internal_renderbuffer_scale in the file, and set it equal to whatever value you want as explained the step above
- Save and close the file
That’s all you’ll need to do to set custom values for the Dynamic Resolution Mode of the game.
