Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is finally available, and it’s being called the best Star Wars game in a long time. If you’re on PC and have run into Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order corrupted save file issues, here’s how you can recover it.
This is a rare thing to happen, but some users have reported that their save files are getting corrupted during random encounters.
Recover Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order Corrupted Save File
This method will most likely help you recover your corrupted save files.
- Head over to your game’s save file location, which is the following for Steam and Origin
Users/(Username)/Saved Games/Respawn/JediFallenOrder/
- Create a copy of this folder just in case as a backup
- Rename or delete the following file
SaveGame00.sav
- Now, rename Backup00.sav to SaveGame00.sav
After this is done, run the game, and see if it picks up the backup save file and restores your save data.
If this doesn’t work, your save file is probably beyond saving, and we recommend starting a new playthrough.
