Fuser crash at launch
A few users have reported that they are running into a crash, when they try to launch the game. This has been linked to the v-sync option. To fix this, follow the steps below.
For NVIDIA
- Navigate to NVIDIA Control Panel
- Now click on 3D Settings
- Here, select Manage 3D Settings
- Now, click on Program Settings
- Select Fuser from the list
- Set VSync to On
- Save the settings and exit
For AMD
- Navigate to Radeon Settings
- Now, open Games
- Select Fuser from the list
- Set the Change Wait for vertical synchronization option to Always on
This should work, and the game should start working for you. Now, if you wish to run the game at an unlocked frame rate, you will need to force it off from these settings as well.
