Teardown is a physics-based sandbox game from Tuxedo Labs. The game is available on Steam as an Early Access title. Teardown Black Screen at launch
The developers are aware of the black screen at launch issue and have provided a solution for it. This will hopefully be addressed in a near update. For now, you can follow the steps below to fix it.
- Open Windows Run by either pressing the “Windows + R” keys together or searching for it in the search bar
- Now, enter the following address, and press OK
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Teardown
- Here, replace the options.xml, with this file
After following the steps mentioned above, the issue should be fixed.
