Ghostrunner is a cyberpunk action video game from One More Level, All in Games, and 505 Games. The title is now available on PC via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store, and on Xbox One and PS4. The Nintendo Switch version is coming out next month. If you are on PC and are running into the Ghostrunner crash at launch issue, here is how you can fix it.

Fix Ghostrunner Crash at launch
A few users have reported that they are getting a crash when trying to launch the game. Here are a few things you can try to fix that problem.
Fix 1: Update GPU Drivers
Make sure you are on the latest versions of your GPU drivers. You can download these from the links below
Fix 2: Update Corsair iCue
If you are using Corsair peripherals, make sure you have updated the Corsair iCue to the latest version. You can update it from the software itself, or download the latest version from the following link.
FIX 3: DOWNLOAD REDISTRIBUTABLE PACKAGES
- Head over to the following website, and scroll down when you see the option to download the redistributable packages
- Click on either x86 or x64 depending on your system
- This will download the setup file for you
- Simply install this, and restart your PC
FIX 4: UPDATE DIRECTX
- Head over to the following link
- First, open the “DXSETUP” in the directory the game is installed
- If it is present, simply run the “DXSETUP.exe”, and install DirectX
- If the folder isn’t present, head over to the following website, and download the installer
- Install DirectX and relaunch the game (You may need to restart the PC once)
FIX 5: VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES:
- Head into your Steam Library
- Right-click on Ghostrunner and select “Properties”
- Select the “LOCAL FILES” tab and click on the “VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES…”
- Start the game
