Anthem is an upcoming action roleplaying game that is being developed by Bioware. The game will be published by Electronic Arts on Feb 22nd, 2019. While the actual release of the game is next month, a VIP Demo for the game was released yesterday for those who preordered the game or are subscribed to Origin Access. However, things have not been going smoothly for the Demo as countless people have expressed their displeasure with the demo in general and EA servers in particular. How to Fix Anthem VIP Demo PC White Screen Issue on AMD Cards
Granted that different solutions work for different people, however, I have found the two most common tips whereby you can hopefully solve the issue.
- The first solution has to do with your AMD drivers. If you are on the latest AMD drivers i.e. AMD 19.1.2, then chances are that you will face this problem. To fix this simply go to AMD driver download page and look for the one that came before 19.1.2. This has helped many AMD users fix the Anthem VIP Demo PC White Screen issue.
- If the first solution fails then you can also try this. You will simply need to go to game settings and turn the Light Quality setting to Medium. Players have reported that this has helped them solve the white screen issue.
Its a shame really that the Demo is doing so poorly given how so many people were anticipating to benefit from their preorders. Moreover, the problems are not even confined to PC, console users have been reporting problems with the game as well.
