The game is currently free on Epic Games Store with ARC: Survival Evolved that is nothing but the cherry on top. The game, however, doesn’t allow the players to change the resolution which seems like a poor development choice by the developers. Until unless there is an official patch to fix this, you can manually change Samurai Shodown resolution to a custom one.

  • Go to C:\users\YourUsername\appdata\local\samuraishodown\saved\config\windowsnoeditor
  • Open gameusersettings.ini
  • Replace the following lines with your desired resolution. It is recommended setting the Fullscreen Options to 0 which is exclusive fullscreen or 1 for the Borderless Window if you prefer.
