Guilty Gear -STRIVE- is an upcoming fighting game from Arc System Works, and is part of the highly popular Guilty Gear series. The title was announced during the 2019 EVO tournament and is coming out this year to PC, PS4, and PS5 in April. PC players will be able to purchase the title through Steam, and that is currently the only announced client. Now, the Guilty Gear Strive Pre-Order bonus has been revealed.
The title is available for pre-order in a variety of editions, each with its own personal additions, and commitments to upcoming content. This is also a cross-gen title, which is why it is on both PS4 and the PS5. For now, the title hasn’t been announced for either Xbox or Nintendo systems. Arc System Works has also developed recent titles like Dragon Ball FighterZ as well, with Bandai Namco Entertainment.
Guilty Gear Strive Pre-Order Bonus
Players can now pre-order the title from either the PlayStation Store or the Arc System Works official store. It is also up for pre-order on Amazon, Best Buy, and other major online retailers. The physical and digital editions have the same bonuses, and the PC is digital-only.
PC users will have to wait a bit, since neither the Steam page is up, nor is the game available for pre-order on the Arc System Works’ store page for PC. However, the bonuses are still the same.
Guilty Gear Strive Pre-Order Bonus for PC
If you pre-purchase the game on PC via Steam, you will receive the following bonus items
Special Colors for Sol & Ky
- Special colors for Sol and Ky that also alter the colors of the effects of their attacks. Available only in the initial prints of the physical editions of the game or digital purchases made before April 23, 2021.
Guilty Gear Strive Pre-Order Bonus for PS4 and PS5
If you pre-purchase the game on PS4 or PS5 via PS Store, you will receive the following bonus items
Special Colors for Sol & Ky
- Special colors for Sol and Ky that also alter the colors of the effects of their attacks. Available only in the initial prints of the physical editions of the game or digital purchases made before April 23, 2021.
The bonus content for both platforms is cosmetic in nature. Both digital and physical owners will get the same bonuses, and even though the actual game comes out on April 9th, players that purchase the title up to 23rd April will get the bonus content anyway. This means that unlike most pre-order bonus content, this actually has a fairly generous period.
