We have seen several Google apps now getting Material Design makeover after its implementation on Android L. Two weeks back, Google officially unveiled Android L which comes with new material interface, multi-tasking menu and 5,000 APIs. You can download and install Android L from here. Now, as the official Android L version has been released, Google has fastened the process of introducing Material Design on its services and apps. Now, it’s turn of Google Mobile Web Search to receive the design!
Previously, Google has updated its Drive apps and Play Store with Material Design. Now, the new interface is being tested on Google Mobile Web Search. This has been noted by AndroidPolice. Here are the few snapshots of the new interface on Google Mobile Web Search,
So how to test the new design? Well, the possible Google’s Amazon Mechanical Turk named ‘Project Endor’ is instructing its participants to go to this address on Nexus 5 or Galaxy S5 to test the new interface. This link does now work on any other Android phones. Still, some users are claiming to run the site on their Android phones with 1920×1080 resolution. Also, some users have already received the new design on their Google Mobile Web Search.
