Fans have been long awaiting the cover athlete of NBA live 19 and it has finally been revealed! EA has just announced Joel Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers as the cover athlete of NBA live 19 along with some major gameplay details about its career mode titled “The One”.
Create and Customize your own Athlete
In “The One”, players can create their own athlete and have him use the skill-sets of various superstars of the past and present of NBA with that athlete learning new traits as they progress through the mode via the Icon Progression System. So as the player keeps playing, their athlete can learn to sprint like a particular star of the past. Then as they keep playing, they can progress and learn to defend or attack like another star and so on.

Play in Iconic Courts and Perform Special Streetball moves in “The Streets”
In “The One”, you can now play in Iconic courts in the United States of America along with other International courts in places such as France, The Philippines and Brazil. These locales have special streetball moves that can be performed known as “The Streets” further encouraging players to switch around and try out different courts.
“Real Player Motion” to Make Players Play Like their Real Life Counterparts.
With the addition of “Real Player Motion”, players can now move and act like they would in real life. Meaning that NBA live 19 players will be closer to their real life counterparts than ever before by exhibiting emotion via trash talking, celebrating and being motivated to heighten their level of play during certain situations.
The recent reveals seem to suggest that NBA live 19 has clearly had its focus on two key factors: Customization and player immersion with additions like player customization and “Real Player Motion”.
NBA live 19 launches on September 7th. Until then, stay tuned to TheNerdMag to get all the latest updates.
