Fortnite Season 8 Week 9 means we are only 1 week away from the end of one of the games best seasons yet. With Fortnite Week 9 Cheat Sheet, you will be able to do all of the challenges in no time as these are relatively simple and easy to do.
Fortnite Week 9 Cheat Sheet Map for Season 8
Before we start, these are the challenges you have to get out of the way:
- Land at:
- Loot Lake
- Lucky Landing
- Salty Springs
- Lonely Lodge
- Haunted Hills
- Search 7 Chests at Polar Peak / Lonely Lodge
- Ride 3 different volcano vents without landing
- Dance between:
- 3 Ice sculptures
- 3 Dinosaurs
- 4 hotsprings
- Deal 500 damage to enemies from below
- Revive a teammate at a reboot van
- Eliminate an opponent in different matches (5 times)
Now let’s get on with doing the challenges!
Here is a handy cheat sheet which I used to do the challenges:
Land At Challenge
For the Land At challenge, its a stagewise phase. Season 8 now allows you to exit the match as soon as you complete the match. The fastest way to do this is to land at each location and just doing Exit Match as soon as the bar fills with a green mark.
Do this 5 times for each location in a solo match, and you should be done in 5 mins max.
Search 7 Chests at Polar Peak / Lonely Lodge
Personally, I just went into team rumble and looted the castle at Polar Peak. In team rumble you’ll easily get 4-5 chests, or sometimes 3 chests in a single run. As soon as you’ve searched all of Polar Peak, exit match, requeue for a rumble and get your remaining chests out of the way.
Ride 3 different volcano vents without landing
On the cheat sheet look at the location for the place where you have to dance between 4 hot springs, this is the ideal place for you to do this challenge as well. All you have to do is make sure you go from one vent to the next without hitting the ground.
After the third one pushes you into the air, you can land on the ground to complete the challenge.
Dance between
Like the challenge says, just follow the cheat sheet for the location of each. These are common places you’ve probably visited before, so it will be very easy for you to do. It’s best to do this in solo’s. Just land, do an emote and then exit match.
Deal 500 damage to enemies from below
Keep in mind, this means any time your aiming reticule or crosshair is aiming upward at an enemy. i.e. you are on the ground while the enemy is atop a hill or higher plain. The best way to do this is in team rumble. grab a sniper rifle, hide in a bush and snipe at enemies on top of hills or buildings.
A headshot does 250 damage with a sniper so 2 perfect headshots with the bolt action will make the challenge a breeze.
Revive a teammate at a reboot van
Queue up with a friend in a duos and look for a place with a name on it (Fatal Fields, Junk Junction etc). Try to go as far away as you can from the bus with your friend.
Build a ramp and get yourself killed from a height. Wait for your character to bleed out and let your teammate get your reboot card. Keep in mind, the reboot van can only be used once.
For this quest, I highly recommend using the Party Assist feature, that way if one person does the challenge, the other person will get the challenge completed too. Ideally the person who will be dying should be the one to enable party assist for this challenge.
Eliminate an opponent in different matches (5 times)
Like the title says, you have to eliminate 1 opponent every round. All you have to do is drop into a team rumble, kill them, leave the match and repeat 5 times.
Thankfully you don’t have to land at a location for this challenge. You can do it easily.
Where is the Secret Battle Star?
The battle star is on the Viking ship on the Viking village outside of Snobby Shores. search the upper deck of the ship and you will easily find it.
