Earlier today images and design of the EVGA Z390 FTW Motherboard were leaked courtesy of videocardz.com.
EVGA Z390 FTW Motherboard
These images showed no apparent changes in design as the Z370 FTW and EVGA Z390 FTW motherboards are fairly similar looking having the same black/silver look with the silver shroud on heat sink.
Although there were some minor changes in EVGA Z390 FTW motherboard (compared to Z370).
- Yellow caps were added to audio chipset
- M.2 Slots location changed
- VRMs lost their EVGA Logo
From the images, we can clearly tell that just like Z370 FTW, the EVGA Z390 FTW Motherboard has no fancy features like RGB lights, preinstalled I/O plates which also makes it kind of unique against its competitors like Maximus/Aorus/Godlike motherboard series. The FTW boards have great overclocking potential making them a great choice of enthusiasts who prefer “NO RGB” in their builds. Although having RGB lightning is always a plus point for motherboards due to the RGB craze among most of the PC enthusiasts and gamers.
