Everspace 2 is an upcoming fast-paced single-player spaceship shooter from ROCKFISH Games. Unlike the previous title which featured roguelike elements, this is an open-world RPG with an emphasis on exploration, crafting, and looting. It also features a full story and campaign and aims to better than the first title in every way. Now, the Everspace 2 system requirements have been revealed.
This title is launching as an early access game at the moment, and the developers expect it to be in that state for 12 to 18 months. The current launch will feature 12 hours of story mode content and provides at least 25 hours of gameplay content. Over the course of early access, they will add new missions, ships, items, and places to explore.

Another important note mentions that an SSD is also recommended, and we are seeing that in many requirements for modern titles. These requirements might actually change during development, as the game is optimized even more. Finally, you need something like an i7-4770K to really push the performance, and it is clear that CPU reliant games are becoming very common.
