Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is a popular fighting game along with being a third person action RPG that is quite popular among fans of the series. Following its previous DLC packs, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC has just been announced. The Extra pack 3 was just announced via a launch trailer on Bandai Namco’s official Youtube Channel.
Dragonball Xenoverse 2 DLC: New Characters
The Extra pack brings us two new playable characters. The first is Kefla, who fans of the series will recognize as a fusion from Dragon Ball Super between the feisty Caulifla and the timid and shy Kale. Kefla was incredibly powerful in the Dragon Ball Super anime and fans are likely to be excited over her inclusion in this DLC.
The other inclusion is Super Baby Vegeta. Which is a heightened, more powerful form of the iconic Dragon Ball GT villain: Baby. Whether you love GT or you hate it, Baby was always an interesting character and was much more of an antagonist than a villain. A lot of GT fans connected to Baby as he was more of a tragic figure seeking revenge than a flat-out power-hungry villain. Playing with him is a good throwback to the times of GT.
New Cosmetics, Parallel Side Quests and More
Apart from this, the following things were announced to be in the Dragonball Xenoverse 2 DLC extra pack III:
- A Goku Ultra Instinct Wig from the Dragon Ball Super Powerup. (Cosmetic)
- The Janemba suit from the Dragon Ball Z Movie. (Cosmetic)
- An Arabian suit from…..Arab? (Cosmetic)
- 5 new types of Parallel Quests.
- 2 new Super Soul types
The new DLC drops on August 28th along with a new update. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
