So you probably know of this little game that came out on PS3 and Xbox 360 called Catherine, yeah, that one, it’s currently being rereleased for the PS4 as the Catherine Full Body Edition. Now it seems that a SEGA developer has hinted Catherine for PC.
Catherine for PC Hinted by SEGA Dev?
Alright, so hear me out, this is going to sound ridiculous, but on the Steam Group of Bayonetta, a SEGA developer has shared the following image with the caption below
Now, I don’t know if you’ve played Catherine, but the game has a lot of goats and sheep, like a lot, and troy baker, but that’s beside the point.
SEGA has been porting tons of games to PC and bringing them to Steam, this could be their next game that is although developed by Atlus, but could very well be published by SEGA. After all, Atlus is a subsidiary of SEGA itself.
PC gamers could finally get the chance to play this obscure game, and make use of higher framerate and resolutions. SEGA has previously published various other titles that were only out on last generation consoles, like Bayonetta and Vanquish, that sold fairly well on Steam and are still in top-selling lists, of which SEGA has clearly taken notice of, and we can’t be more excited.
On top of that, Catherine Classic was also rated in Australia, and that could just be the other indicator for a re-release that is different from the Full Body Edition, which is coming to PS4, with new content and characters. Check out the trailer for it below.
