Yes, there is an app called Catchr that monitors the activities going on your phone. Catchr tell you about the apps and device movement. If your iPhone is moved from its place it will notify you. The app is pretty simple all you have to do is press Start button and it will start recording the activities. Pressing stop button will make it STOP.
So what it basically do is create a list of apps that have been opened on your phone during the recording session. It also creates a log of the previous recorded sessions. And allows you go in depth of those previous sessions. There is a catch, before starting the session you have to make sure no app is running. Catchr cannot record the apps which are already running. You have to close all the apps which are already running.
Also make sure you put a four digit lock on this app to prevent anyone else accessing the log or stopping the application to record anything. Overall this is really good app to protect your privacy.
