Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is an upcoming spiritual successor to Jet Set Radio, the 2000 Sega Dreamcast classic by Smilebit. Team Reptile is developing and publishing the upcoming title. It is coming out sometime in 2021 and we have a teaser trailer. Now, the Bomb Rush Cyberfunk System Requirements Revealed have also been shared.
This is a great announcement for fans of the original, and newcomers to the series. Team Reptile is responsible for Lethal League, and it’s clear they have an understanding of the original game’s aesthetics.

If you want to play the game on PC, you will need the following specifications
Minimum
- OS: Windows 7
- Processor: Intel Core i3 2.5GHz or AMD Phenom 2.5GHz
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or ATI Radeon HD 5850
- Storage: 10 GB available space
- Sound Card: Naganuma compatible
- Additional Notes: Intel onboard video cards are not recommended
The steam page doesn’t have the recommended settings yet. A few things to take from these, first off, it isn’t very demanding. You only need an i3 to get this running, and a GTX 460, which is a fairly old GPU. The other interesting thing is that Hideki Naganuma is composing the game’s soundtrack. Hideki Naganuma was also the composer for Jet Set Radio.

You can now add the game to your wishlist on Steam, It is coming out sometime in 2021. The developers have also confirmed that this is a single-player experience only.

- In the game, you can choose a character from your crew and explore the three-dimensional streets freely.
- Each stage is a neighborhood that represents one time of day.
- You can grind, slide, jump, trick and airdash to move around
- The goal is to get your name up, your name up on the wall. Every stage has many spots to find where you can paint graffiti.
- You will encounter a lot of weirdos.
