Bloodstained: Ritual of the night is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by ArtPlay, DICO and WayForward Technologies, and published by 505 Games. The game is considered a spiritual successor to the Castlevania series and as such you will see a lot of similarities in terms of the overall style of the game. The game is headed to Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows on 18th June this year. Since the game will be coming to PC soon let us see the official Bloodstained Ritual of the Night System Requirements for PC.
As for the gameplay, if you have been a fan of the Castlevania series, Bloodstained Ritual of the night will seem familiar to you in many ways. Essentially, by defeating enemies, Miriam, who is the protagonist, will gain powers enabled by the crystals on her body, as well as items that can be used to craft new weapons and armor.
The game will be presented in a 2.5D style, presenting the game in three-dimensional graphics but restricting movement to a 2D system.
Bloodstained Ritual of the Night System Requirements
Fortunately, the game is not as demanding hardware wise as one would think. Thanks to its 2Dish view, the game does not require any top-tier hardware to be played. Below are the official minimum and recommended specs as stated on the steam page.
Minimum Specs:
- Processor: AMD FX-4350 / Intel Core i5-4460
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 280X / GeForce GTX 760
- Additional Notes: If you have a potato PC or above, you’re ok.
Recommended Specs:
- Processor: AMD FX-6300 / Intel Core i5-4590
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 290 / GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
- Additional Notes: The only potatoes you use are the tasty kind.
As you can see, even the recommended settings are relatively tame. All you need is a GTX 1050Ti or equivalent GPU which is pretty much a low-tier graphics card by now. As for the processor, a mere 4th gen i5 will do the trick. The required RAM is also on the low side at 4GB.
Let me know in the comments what you think regarding the upcoming game, are you excited for it?
