Making billions of silver in BDO is a big problem for new and returning players. How to make a lot of silver in Black Desert Online in 2020? There’s a lot of ways to grind silver, but the question is, what’s the best and fastest way?
AFK farming silver, Grind mobs, or buy Black Desert Silver instead, for a low price. Well, pretty much we all know the best way to gather materials, especially in MMORPG games.
GRINDING
Especially if you’re getting expensive items such as armor/weapon stones to sell, grinding is the best way for you.
Easiest, most viable. Sell quality drops (everything above common) and items on AH; gather monster drops and exchange them for rewards at NPC vendors (for example – monster plant drops a tentacle.
You gather 25 of them and exchange them for 15k additional silver per stack, each farming zone has such items that can be exchanged for money or different prizes). Gather black stones and other highly valuable items for sale. It’s important to remember, that efficient grinding requires a bit of knowledge and player skill, while decent gear plays a rather important factor as well.
FISHING
This is the second-best choice to earn large sums of money in a rather short amount of time but depends on luck. You get rods and bait and fish for hours; better rods and consumables decrease the fishing time required for fish to hook.
Our Pisces are divided into tiers, from most common to very rare; rare fish (everything from blue and above) are extremely valuable and sell for large sums of money (key ingredients for many high tier cooking recipes, etc), but depending on fish species, it’s most often best to sell them to NPC trade vendors; to increase your earnings, it’s a good idea to have a network of appropriately connected nodes beforehand; at times it’s even more profitable to fish for a while and then travel with a stack of fish to sell them in another city for a hefty bonus.
TAMING/BREEDING
Another interesting choice. Can yield really large sums of money, but requires a lot of time and effort, as well as knowledge. T4-T5 horses alone go for decent amounts of silver on the market and further leveling drastically increases their value.
Taming requires some manual skill, a bunch of different consumables (mainly lassos and lumps of sugar) and you need to have your taming skill leveled up to level 5 (you do it by riding mounts from start) before you’ll be able to tame horses. Breeding is even more profitable but RNG-based.
Since you’ll be traveling around the world in search of wild horses, a decent mount is a must; you’ll also risk getting poked or killed and there’s even a chance you might lose your freshly tamed horse as well (if a non-registered horse dies, it’s permanent).
TRADING
Not profitable until the endgame, but remains a viable choice and decent side possibility, especially if you’re leveling up horses for taming/sale. It requires a lot of planning, node connection, and preparations beforehand to make a decent profit, though. In other words, you can’t jump into it from start in hopes of high earnings.
CRAFTING
Grind lesser crystals for black powder and sell it on the market; there are plenty of other viable choices, but crafting is currently considered the least efficient method to earn money. Even though, some consumables strike a decent price at times.
With all the ways mentioned to gather Silvers, still, hard work and effort are needed to make tons of Silvers in a small amount of time. Or buying Silver instead for fast and reliable delivery in-game so you can enjoy those things that you want to craft or buy.
