While we haven’t had an Assassins Creed game in a year, the Assassins Creed Origins System Requirements are truly surprising despite the gap.
Assassins Creed Origins is a major multi-platform game that is slated for release on the three big platforms (Xbox One, PC, PS4) with a release date is 27th of October, 2017.
The series has followed an annual release cycle, but the studio decided to skip 2016 with Assassins Creed Syndicate being the last entry for the series in 2015. This was done so that the studio can better focus on Assassins Creed games, and it does look like they have delivered on the promise and the hard work is finally paying off!
The game is developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. Ubisoft Montreal is well known for their contribution to the Assassins Creed and Far Cry series, along with the recently new IP, Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2.
Assassins Creed Origins is a third-person adventure open world sandbox game with some elements of a role-playing game (RPG) recently added into it.
Plot
The plot of Assassins Creed Origins is one that predates even the Original Assassins Creed in 2007. The game will take players to the roots of the Assassins and the Templars, the antagonists of the series. The game will aim to highlight the root of turmoil between the two sides and properly set the timeline for the series.
Players will control of Bayek, who is protecting the people of Egypt from the tyrannical rule of the Pharoh, Ptolemy XIII. Unbeknownst to Ptolemy XIII, his sister, Cleopatra is working with the Roman Republic, in cooperation with the mighty Julius Ceaser to lead a surprise invasion. As Bayek, he wants to see this coup come to life and set himself as history’s first Assassin.
The game will be an open-world sandbox for you to travel by Camel. There are a great number of sights and sound for the players to explore, including the opportunity to raid ancient tombs, scale massive Pyramids, and much more!
Assassins Creed Origins Gameplay
You play as Bayek, a Medjay (Scout) who is working to dethrone the current Pharaoh Ptolemy XIII. Working with Cleopatra and the Roman Republic. On your journey to make the rule of the tyrant meet an end, you will help shape Bayek to be the ultimate Assassin as you level him through quests and story, give him weapons and armor to prepare him for the great battle to come, and learn about the root of the great war between Assassins and Templar.
Players will be able to travel the grand desserts and rivers of Egypt through many modes of transport, and with the help of Senu, get a birds-eye view of the land to truly learn about the world around.
The RPG elements in the game include character customization through armor and weapons. You can get these by completing story missions, side quests, collectibles, raiding tombs, buying them from merchants and more!
Assassins Creed Origins System Requirements
Assassins Creed Origins System Requirements are rather peculiar as the game shares the same system specifications required of 2015’s Assassins Creed Syndicate, they are as follows:

- CPU: Intel Core i5-2400s or AMD FX-6350
- Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD R9 270 (2048 MB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better)
