Assassin’s Creed 3 Remaster has been announced by Ubisoft, but currently, a Switch version hasn’t been announced or confirmed by the developer or publisher. However, multiple listings suggest that Assassin’s Creed 3 + Liberation for Nintendo Switch is happening.
Assassin’s Creed 3 + Liberation for Nintendo Switch
Multiple Czech eShops have listed Assassin’s Creed 3 and Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation, which is a standalone expansion for the game. You can see the screenshots below
You can see the listing for yourself here at this link.
There’s even a cover, for the supposed Nintendo Switch version, that you can check out below
The listing has been listed as a Remaster, which goes with the announcement of the Remaster for Assassin’s Creed 3 by Ubisoft.
Another listing here has the same bundled offer, but with different cover art, and release date. We have taken a screenshot of the listing just in case it gets taken down.
The listing appears to look quite legit, and we have reason to believe that something related to Assassin’s Creed for Nintendo Switch is long overdue. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is playable on the Nintendo Switch through streaming services, but that doesn’t count as a proper release.
With every unconfirmed listing, take this with a grain of salt, as this could just be nothing, but given how there’s a cover and everything, we’re more inclined to believe that it might be true. We’re waiting on Ubisoft to make an official announcement so we can confirm this listing. If this is true, we will probably see more Assassin’s Creed titles headed to the Switch, and we really wouldn’t mind Ezio’s Trilogy on the go as well.
