As we all know Nvidia has just released their turing GPUs with Ray tracing technology hence New AMD GPUs were bound to happen in order to maintain balance in the market.
There were alot of rumors about AMD cards after Nvidia’s big release, AMD fans were anxiously waiting for some leaks or official news and finally AMD brought their own thing which is rumored to be a polaris but with 12nm fabrication i.e. AMD RX radeon 590.
AMD RX radeon 590 was spotted in 3D mark database along with some benchmarks.

Specifications:
AMD Radeon RX 590 features polaris 20 architecture with 12nm Fabritcation node which will provide more power efficiency and overclocking capability. According to 3D mark database the RX 590 features GPU clock of 1545 MHz which is 205 MHz higher than RX 580. Memory clock is 2000 Mhz which suggests that memory subsystem is same as before. Also AMD RX 590 has same old GDDR5 which is the cheapest memory available in the market. From 3D mark benchmarks RX 590 can be seen with almost ~10% improved performance as compared to the older RX 480.
With these specs we do not think that AMD RX 590 is AMD’s answer to Nvidia’s turing lineup. Although AMD is a good competitor of Nvidia but we might not see any AMD GPUs comparable to Nvidia’s Turing Lineup this year but we will see AMD navi GPUs featuring 7nm fabrication node after Q1 2019.
