You can see that there a lot of trophies that will give you a hard time. You have to beat all the extra mini-games perfectly, get your characters to level 50, extra side missions, and more. All in all, this is at least a 60+ hour trophy grind at the least.
The most daunting trophy in the list would be beating the game on hard. While the demo wasn’t that difficult, I can imagine certain segments in the game where the difficulty would significantly ramp up. Especially with boss fights. With the new combat system, it could be easier, but at the same time still challenging enough to keep you wondering how to best beat the fight.

There are no story trophies that I can see, which is what the hidden trophies could be. Final Fantasy 7 Remake was supposed to be released globally on April 10th, but Square Enix has decided to release the game a week early in an earlier social media post, for the NA and EU regions. This is good news in the current situation with COVID-19 in consideration.
