<\/strong>right underneath the ownership about applying it to everything<\/li><li>After this, close the <strong>properties<\/strong>, and re-open <strong>Advanced <\/strong><\/li><li>Now, it will let you <strong>Add a new account<\/strong><\/li><li>Add the <strong>Admin <\/strong>account to this via the link at the top of that window<\/li><li>Click the Full Control checkbox and click Ok<\/li><li>Now, head back to the <strong>pso2_bin folder<\/strong> and right-click the <strong>pso2startup.exe<\/strong> and Run it as Admin<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This should work, if it doesn&#8217;t, try Method 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 2: Take full ownership of parent folder and specific files<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If Method 1 didn&#8217;t work for you, you can also try taking full ownership of the parent folder, that is ModifiableWindowsApps. Apart from this, you will also have to apply the same method on the following files and folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>&#8220;Mutable&#8221; <\/strong>folder <\/li><li><strong>&#8220;otp_notice_na.rtf&#8221;<\/strong> file<\/li><li><strong>pso2.exe<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 3: Sign-up at Xbox<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the steps below if Methods 1 and 2 don&#8217;t work for you<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Sign into the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pso2.com\/signin\" rel=\"nofollow\">PSO2 Login Webpage<\/a><\/li><li>If it says No Account Found, head over to the Xbox page, and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/xbox.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sign-Up<\/a> as well<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These methods should work for you, and in-case they don&#8217;t you can report it further on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/forum.pso2.com\/category\/43\/technical-issues\" target=\"_blank\">technical forums<\/a> for the title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was this guide useful?
