A PlayStation Vita port of the game was released in 2013 following PSVita release, the game was also released for PS4 on April 20, 2016. The game was developed and published by SEGA. At E3 2019 it was announced that the game will be released outside of Asia for the first time on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenerdmag.com\/tag\/xbox-one-games\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Xbox One<\/a> and PC. It was released on May 27, 2020, for Xbox One and PC. However, it is full of bugs and installation issues. Here&#8217;s how you can fix Phantasy Star Online 2 error 0x80070003\/0x8019003 on PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the release of the game, the PC port of the game is crammed with many bugs and errors. We will be covering more of the bug fixes in more posts. You can try either one of them to resolve the error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 1: Create Mutable and MutableBackup Folders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Open the drive where your PSO2 game is installed(and any other drives with a WindowsApps folder on the root)  and open <strong><em>WindowsApps<\/em><\/strong> folder.<\/li><li>Locate &#8216;<strong><em>Mutable<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; and &#8216;<strong><em>MutableBackup<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; folders.<\/li><li>If you haven&#8217;t found either of the folders, create new folders named &#8216;<strong><em>Mutable<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; and &#8216;<strong><em>MutableBackup<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; into the <strong><em>WindowsApps<\/em><\/strong> folder.<\/li><li>Now try the install again.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 2: Enable virtualization in System&#8217;s BIOS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you have <strong><em>Virtualization <\/em><\/strong>enabled in your system&#8217;s BIOS. To enable virtualization you will need to google your system CPU and search for virtualization settings in BIOS to find the respected option.  The instructions will vary from system to system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Try Fixing Windows Store Apps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above methods failed to resolve the 0x80070003\/0x8019003 errors you can try fixing the Windows Store. For that you will need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Click <strong>Win<\/strong> key on the keyboard and open Start menu.<\/li><li>Type &#8216;<strong><em>Troubleshoot<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; and click <strong><em>Troubleshoot Settings<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Now find and click <strong><em>Windows Store Apps<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>Now let it run for a few minutes and it should run normally after troubleshooting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEGA&#8217;s take on PSO2 Errors and Installation Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SEGA has responded after players complaining about installation issues and other experience ruining bugs and they said they are aware and are working closely with Microsoft to resolve these issues.
