Multiple users are reporting the Call of Duty Mobile not loading or being stuck on the opening screen. Multiple users have confirmed that after a few relaunches, the game eventually starts working.<\/li>\n<li>Check your <strong>internet connection<\/strong> and make sure you are connected to a <strong>stable WiFi<\/strong> network.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restart<\/strong> your device, and try running the game again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update<\/strong> your device through the mobile&#8217;s settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update Call of Duty mobile<\/strong> through the play store.<\/li>\n<li>Try <strong>restarting<\/strong> your<strong> WiFi modem<\/strong> and running the game after that.<\/li>\n<li>Clear the <strong>game&#8217;s cache<\/strong> from the Application Settings.<\/li>\n<li>Check the <strong>system requirements<\/strong> (listed below), and make sure your mobile device is supported.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After you&#8217;ve tried these temporary fixes, you will be greeted with the following screen with a loading bar, like shown below<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_62253\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-62253\" style=\"width: 1140px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1140\" height=\"540\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-62253 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar.jpeg\" alt=\"Call of Duty Mobile Not Loading\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar.jpeg 1140w, https:\/\/thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar-768x364.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar-750x355.jpeg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1140px) 100vw, 1140px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-62253\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1140\" height=\"540\" class=\"wp-image-62253 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar.jpeg\" alt=\"Call of Duty Mobile Not Loading\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar.jpeg 1140w, https:\/\/thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar-768x364.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/thenerdmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Call-of-Duty-Loading-Screen-Progress-Bar-750x355.jpeg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1140px) 100vw, 1140px\" \/><\/noscript> Call of Duty Mobile Loading Screen with Progress Bar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>You might get a Cod Mobile Update restarting message, but that&#8217;s just a sign that the game is finally going to start working eventually, and you&#8217;ve made it into the servers.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a chance you&#8217;ll run into the CoDM Update Failed Error Message as well, but fret not, as following the first step should get you in the game eventually.<\/p>\n<p>The game launched yesterday without any major issues, but as the server load has increased, it&#8217;s clear that there&#8217;s still some need for server tuning to be done by Activision.<\/p>\n<h2>Activision&#8217;s Response<\/h2>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/community.callofduty.com\/t5\/Call-of-Duty-Mobile\/ct-p\/call-of-duty-mobile\" target=\"_blank\">Activision<\/a> has acknowledged the server issues being experienced by players, and have confirmed that they are working on resolving these as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We are aware of players having issues connecting to Call of Duty Mobile. We\u2019re experiencing an incredibly high-volume of traffic currently. We\u2019re working to resolve as quickly as possible. For some users, with Call of Duty Mobile Not Launching, it&#8217;s almost impossible for them to experience the game.<\/p>\n<h2>Call of Duty Mobile System Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to run Call of Duty Mobile, make sure you have phones with the following specifications.<\/p>\n<h3>Android<\/h3>\n<p>On Android devices, the minimum requirements for Call of Duty: Mobile is at least <strong>2GB of RAM<\/strong> and <strong>Android 5.1 and above<\/strong>.\u00a0PUBG Mobile\u00a0which is the most popular battle royale game runs smoothly even on a budget phone. Call of Duty: Mobile is expected to offer the same experience.<\/p>\n<h3>iOS<\/h3>\n<p>As for iOS devices, Call of Duty: Mobile will be compatible with <strong>iPhones<\/strong> and <strong>iPads<\/strong> running<strong> iOS 9.0<\/strong> or higher.
